Zhejiang Fangge medical and Health Products Company was restructured from a state-owned share into a limited liability company, and the company was renamed Zhejiang Fangge Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Fangge has become a pharmaceutical enterprise subordinate to Huqing Yutang group.
2007
Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology designated the base of “Provincial High Tech Research and Development Center for deep processing of Fangge Fungus.
2009
Fangge became the first “National high-tech enterprise in edible fungus industry” in Qingyuan, and won the Shanghai Municipal Government Science and Technology Progress Award in cooperation with the Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

The equity of Hangzhou Huqing Yutang Group Co., Ltd. was changed to Hangzhou Huqing Yutang Pharmaceutical Holding Co., Ltd.
